Notting Hill Arts Club are currently on the look out for the 'right' key people to join our team and help develop the current vibe of the venue which lends its self to everything from club nights to art expeditions.
Current positions available:
Assistant General Manager: Someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the role that is hands on with the operational side of the business, can still get their hands dirty and lead by example. Can take the business and act on initiative to push, grow and look after a well loved institute in West London's Notting Hill area. Understands the importance of managing a tight yet pleasant, welcoming and friendly front door and door team and can maintain and build relationships with guests, local businesses, the local community and local authorities. The right person will need to have enough time on their hands to commit to an amazing venue and become part of an eco system that includes working along side a major record label and a music academy. They will also need to demonstrate a love for the industry, in both live music and club nights alike and can fall in love with a venue that has one of the most amazing histories in London's nightlife scenes.
Bookings Manager: Someone who is bright, energetic and whom can co-ordinate and programme live music nights at the venue. This person needs to have knowledge in the live music scene and can source upcoming and emerging acts, artists and bands to fit into our already running live music programme. Can deliver a diverse array of music genres ensuring our nights to be broad in talent and cater for all music tastes. This role would be perfect for someone already in the scene with experience in bookings and looking to get involved in booking from a venue that has host such artists as The Libertines, George Ezra, James Bay, Bruno Mars, Jessie J, The Killers, Amy Winehouse, Lilly Allen.. the list goes on and on.
Sales Assistant: Looking for the right person whom understands the importance or getting out amongst the local community and businesses to build relationships. Someone who can build guest lists, look after bookings, up sell table, booth and area hire, can organise private and corporate functions and venue hires. The right candidate will already have experience in the late night venue sales role. Can work independently and from their own initiative, and help maintain and grow an already thriving business in one of London's hot spots of Notting Hill.
Promotional Staff / Street Team: Looking for a few characters, friendly, bubbly, lively, energetic and chatty that can hit the streets of Notting Hill with the right tools to drive people to the best late night hot spot in town. Great rates of pay with a basic wage and incredible incentives/commissions. Ideally for people that can withstand the elements while still maintaining that bubbly, energetic aura, and whom want to become an integral part of the Notting Hill Arts Club family.
